I had reformatted my computer a week ago, because of spyware/adware (please, no flames about that. I installed Ad-Aware and Spybot within minutes of formatting). But I lost some valuable files in the process. Is there anyway to get them back? Because I doubt I did one of those complete sweeps that is untraceable.
