How to recover iBook HD data using PC

My friend has a dead iBook G4. We pulled the hard drive it. Now how can I get the data off of it without using another mac, because we only have access to PCs.
 
Do you know what OS was on the iBook?
HFSExplorer or MacDrive should work however.
