Get a full duplex sound card and a recording program like Cool Edit, and record it. If that doesn't work, install a second sound card, play the real audio stream through one card and connect the output to the line in on the second card, and record on the second card. The convert the .WAV audio into MP3... Or you might find that something that can record MP3 directly... never tried that though.
