How to reassign an icon to .jpg files?

I just downloaded Phoenix browser, and now all my jpegs have that funky "we don't know what to open this with so we're sticking the windows logo on a white blank doc. icon" thing going on. Can I fix this?
 
With windows XP the instructions from Dave will work fine... to get the "open with" option in windows 98 you will have to single click the file (so its highlighted) then hold the shift key, then right click.
