How to read SMART data from a OCZ SSD?

I used the OCZ software to update my firmware, clear the SSD and used the SMART software suit/tool included to run a test on the OCZ SSD. Anyone know how to interpret the data?

Based on a few threads I have seen around here and other places on the Internet should I junk the drive? It would seem that based on history they have been very unreliable.
