I have a athlonXP 1700+ t-bred A in an epox 8k5a2+, and I noticed on a review at mikhailtech that the mobo actually read the ondie temperature diode of the cpu in additon to monitoring the temperture with external sensors... However, the ondie temperature readings are not displayed due to marketing reasons (people freaking out after seeing just how hot their athlon XP's get). Is there any hack or program that allows me to read the actual data from the ondie temp. diode?

I'm only worried cuz right now, I'm pushing a 190mhz FSB with 7.5 multiplier (for 1800+ speeds) and temperature remains at a constant 41*C in bios. Even when not oc'd, temps remain at 41*C. I wanna see how hot it will get when I really push it cuz I remember reading that t-bred A's have poor heat dissapation unlike the t-bred B's. Cooling with an AX7 and TT smartfan, with a vantec tornado blower on the side pushing heat directly into PSU (antec 430W true power) exhuast fan.
