I know that there is no native support for NTFS for Win9x systems. I don't need to install an NTFS partition either. I need to pull some data off a HDD that had an NTFS partition on it. I remember that there is a third party that wrote some software to support r/w for an NTFS partition in a Win9x. Anyone know where I can find it to download it? After spending a day looking for it I'm wondering if anyone here is using it and can point me in the right direction.

Hello,

SysInternals has a utility just for you. Here is the URL http://www.sysinternals.com/ntfs98.htm. The Freeware version allows you to read only NTFS volumes while the retail version allows to read/write into NTFS volumes while you are in Windows95/98.
