How to read boxed P4 label?

I want to input my CPU into the overclockers.com database but am not sure how to read the date from the product code. Is there a site or post that details this: s-spec, plant, batch etc.?

It's simple:

for example, if your FPO Batch # is L151A802

L or H = made in Malaysia, 3 = made in Costa Rica
1 = year 2002, 2 = year 2002
51 = week 51

That's basically it

My box has FPO/BATCH L208282W, but the chip said Costa Rica. Is this normal?

Thanks for the instructions. After reading the other post about batches I'll have to check that out. However, I'm running my 1.6A @ 2.4 with stock cooling so who really cares?
