how to re-set Network Printer?

1) me tries to print on the only color printer at work
2) other users (two) printed before I did
3) somehow, their documents didn't go thru and still in the Printer's Memory
4) my document in cue
5) those two users left work

so, is there any way around it? I obviously can't cancel their print job without Admin right. (IT left work too).

EDIT: just called one of users and he gave me his password, logged on, tried to cancel his own print job, but failed... wth?????

pull the power out the back of the printer clears memory, if they are stuck in it that is reconnect cable resubmit your job

turned out, it was in the "server memory" and not the printer memory, so even powering down the printer for a while still didn't do the trick. our IT guy had to goto to reset it himself...

oh well, the job is completed afterall
