Hi folks...

I have this program on my computer at work with WinNT where some idiot moved
a dialog box above and beyond the top of the screen and now some of the options in the box arent usable... I cant move the window with the mouse no matter what I try...

I heard there was a keyboard shortcut to re-center an active dialog box in the center of the screen... Can some kind soul help me out?
Thanks.

Hi,

Just left-click on any portion of the dialog box or windows or whatever. Then press Alt+Space. Use the down arrow key to choose "Move" on the menu, and hit Enter. Now the mouse cursor will be placed on the title bar for the item, and the arrow keys will let you move the item to wherever you want it. To turn off the arrow keys' control of the item, just left-click again. Hope that helps.

Regards,
Jim

Try increasing the screen resolution (say from 800x600 to 1024x768) if the video card can do it. Move the window and restore the old resolution.
