How to...RAM Latency Settings

1) How do I check if my system is using the CAS Latency as specified on the memory?

2) Follow up question - How do I change the memory latency/timing settings if found that the system is not using what it is supposed to?

I checked the BIOS the other day but found nothing there that related to memory settings.

(Relevant details - Vista Ultimate 64-bit, ASUS M2N32-SLI-Deluxe, Corsair XMS2 2x1GB & XMS2-DHX 2x2GB both 800MHz rated at 4-4-4-12 @ 2.1V)

Thanks!

Go into Bios (hit <DEL> at POST) ... under Advanced Menu:

"Jumperfree Configuration" -----> AI Tuning ----> Manual

This will give you access to individual voltage controls, including DDR2 Voltage control

Then go back one and select "CPU Configuration" -----> DRAM Configuration ----> Enabled

That should give you access to the timings you're looking for.
