On the box of my AC Freezer 7 pro is said fan speed is 900-2500RPM (conrtolled by PWM signal)...what does PWM signal mean?

in my bios it says the fan speed is at 900...is there any way i can make this higher

I have an Intel Bad Axe 2 Motherboard,

thanks in advance

If the noise is acceptable the extra cfm will help cool the FETs / caps between the CPU
and I/O area. Notice how the lower fins direct air down into this area.

Install SpeedFan on your system and disable the BIOS PWM fan controls. That way, you can manually tune fan speed as you wish.
