Hi, im a noob at this stuff. I just bought a Volcano 7+ and Arctic Silver 3 for my computer. I am runnin on a Intel P4 1.6 cpu and wondering how do i apply the artic silver. Do i spread it around or what? thanks. also, how do i take off the retail heatsink and fan, and would i have to scrape or do anything with the thermal paste already on the chip. thanks
 
thanx for your help. had to go buy some of tat stuff but this thermaltake volcano 7+ is doin its job.
