How to put name when burning iso with nero

I did automatic disc name "DOOM3_1" I am making a cd-rom(iso) click open got the iso burned and the label had a random number.

What did i do wrong? I did the samething before and there was no random number

User error?

Could always use any number of disc image utilities to check the image after Nero creates it. Or simply use any of said utilities to create the image from the inception rather than Nero.

(judging by the disc label, that may be necessary as many discs employ copy protection)
