How to put LED on CPU heatsink?

I have never messed with these LED fans and stuff before, but I am building a rig for a friend. He chose to buy a silver case (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=3424002308&category=3669&rd=1) ... and a red CCFL light to shine up from the bottom.

Now, I am stuck because he wants to have an LED fan on his P4 2.6ghz (socket 478) heatsink, and all I can find are 70 mm x 15 mm fans. All the LED case fans I see are 80mm, so how do I go about replacing a 70x15mm fan with an 80mm fan? Thanks guys.

If he wants it why not let him worry about it?

You can get fan adapters though they're usually 60mm to 80mm not 70 to 80....but someone must make then.

I am building it for him, he doesn't know his ass from the hole in the ground about computers...he just wants all the bling blingin LEDs... he pays, I put together.

Tell him he has to buy a HS that accepts an 80mm fan. If he wants it that bad, he'll spend the extra money.
