how to put 2 50mm fans on athlon retail heatsink??

if i take my retail athlon fan off...how do i put 2 50mm fans on ...

well, after i take the retail fan off.. there is a plate that has screw holes for the retail fan..should i take this off also when putting on 2 50mm fans?

if i try to screw the 50mm fans in...there is no screw holes unless i use the heatsink as a screw hole...

also if i buy a 52x52x10 fan will this fit on the retail heatsink screwholes ??
