How to properly record internet radio?

I've bought a paid monthly subscription to an online radio that I can't get in my country.

I want to rip it for a few days to make a playlist for listening in my car.

The problem is when I rip it with one of the programs, the files get arranged by the track/artist name, thus screwing up the radio transitions (mix) between tracks.

Is there any way (some software) that would rip and arrange tracks in the order they are played on the radio?

I remember on old versions of Windows you could just change your recording output to "Stereo Mix" then use the default Windows recorder to record the music

Audacity should be able to do this.

Sony Sound Forge 11 .... Might be to advanced and you can go with Audicity .. great app.....
