how to printing out jpeg files to a certain size?

hi all,

i want to print out some jpeg file to a certain size, eg 4" wide and another set at 6" wide and was wondering what is the easiest way to do this?

Is there any resizing software that can do this? preferably freeware/shareware? Or anything that comes in win2k?

photoshop 🙂 but i bet acdsee would be a little better in the "free and easy to use" area..
