How to print out encrypt PDF file?

Hi all,

I have a encrypted PDF file which disables the print function. How do I handle this?
I really want an hard copy.

you can do a screen capture of every page, and paste it into word, or some graphics program...

depending on security settings (passwords) it may not be possible to edit the file properties with acrobat (the full version).

I remember a Slashdot story mentioning that the Linux PDF viewer ignores the copyprotection. You might have to fiddle with it a bit b/c the story was about whether it was right to disable the copyprotection.

Personally, I hate PDF and wish someone would make a zipped html file the standard crossplatform doc format (include images and whatever in the zip, so you don't have files everywhere). Easy, effective, and very crossplatform. I suppose that's too simple for some people though.
