How to prevent Windows 10 Updates from creating a Recovery partition after update ?

When I did a Fresh install of Windows 10 Pro 1803 this was not here.

After doing a update to Windows 10 Pro 1809 (Oct. Update) now I have this extra Recovery partition on my main Windows SSD drive.



I would prefer not to have to start over again with a fresh install of Windows 10 Pro 1809 (Oct. Update) to prevent this.
