How to prevent Sysprep from re-enabling Security Center?

Steve

Title says it all. I make a Windows installation and tweak it as I like, including disabling Security Center warnings, turning off the firewall and turning off Automatic Updates. After running Sysprep, I LAN-image another computer (via ZenWorks) and after going through the mini-setup, I log in and find Windows Update wants me to set up its schedule. I also find the firewall has been turned back on. I find the same thing on the original machine. How can I prevent this?
