Well I'm now the system admin in my home LAN. :p

These days I come over a problem, my naughty siblings always downloads tons of craps and mess up his computer by running unsecured executiv files. What can I do to cope with his nasty habbit? I just want to disable the ability of browser to download files and run the files from remote sites.

Go to Tools-Internet Options-Security-Custom Level. The third option is downloads, but check the other options as well as they also contain downloads. Check at the bottom of the window and change reset custom settings to High if you want. You can also go into restricted sites and add sites there that you don't want accessed. The problem will be keeping them from changing your security settings back! Check into the Content Tab - there are security settings there that you might want to use, and this one can be password protected.
