How to prepare cauliflower

take a head of cauliflower and place in a round baking pan. drizzel with olive oil, sprinkle with minced garlic, salt, and pepper.

squeeze lemon on top.

cover with foil and back @ 450 degrees for 45min.

It's delicious.

yum, that sounds good... i like cauliflower. i usually steam it though.

We need a new rule on ATOT. If you mention good sounding food, there should be a mandatory pic. My fiance and I both have an unwritten agreement: we don't try a new receipe unless we can see a photo first. Photos would really help make it appetizing to both of us.

That cauliflower does sound good though.

maybe its just me but 450 for 45 minutes seems really hot for a really long time

2. throw it in the trash
3. get a cheeseburger instead

Roasted in the oven with some ground cumin and coriander seeds, plus some butter and lemon juice creates an excellent cauliflower recipe! Got it from Jamie Oliver and it's one of my favorite ways to prepare it.
