How to pick up a girl (literally)

So I was talking to my new girl and apparently she thinks I'm a total whimp (but says she doesnt care about that) and says I probably can't even pick her up.. well I'm pretty sure I can but is there any particular way to go about doing this, just so that I don't end up greatly humiliating myself...

1.) Hug her and then lift
2.) Pick her up while she is sitting down, so that one hand/arm is under her knees, and one at her back

think of it this way: she is intiaiting physical contact (!) seriously. unless she is very heavy or you are really devoid of muscle, she should be easy for you to lift. grab her around the waist and hold tight, then lift. do not do anything kinky at this point (seriously).

geez, fireman's carry, no question.

I'm 135 and can carry over 180 that way. Unless there's more of a difference, go for it. Into your room / dropping her on your bed is optional. Highly recommended if you can get away with it, but optional nonetheless.

Make sure to wear a lower back brace/belt . You can always find a new gf, but a healthy back is irreplaceable.

Define pick up?
If just off the floor.

Get behind her. Bend over maybe 10 degrees, wrap your arms around her and pivot back, using your back muscles to lift her. That will get her (anyone) off the ground.

If way off the floor, fireman's carry.


OK, what do you weigh and her wiegh?
