I'm 6'1" and all i see are tire sizes? Does the frame matter at all? Is it all relative on comfort or should i be looking for a specific tire size or something?

Most bikes are by tire size. If you are going to drop a lot of money, go to a reputable bike shop and ask someone there to help you out. They would know best.

Bikes are *NOT* sized based on the tires. There are only a couple common wheel sizes for adult bicycles. Mountain bikes typically use 26" wheels, and road bikes typically use 700c wheels. These sizes have almsot no bearing whatsoever on whether or not a bike will fit you.

Most road bikes come in a variety of sizes from about 48cm to 62 cm, usually in 2cm increments. At 6'1" you'll probably want some thing about 58-60cm. These are *frame* sizes and not tire sizes. Go visit a quality bike shop and they'll help you find a bike that fits properly.
