how to photochop?

I have no money to buy photoshop, but I d/loaded "The gimp." I just want to simply cut my friends face, and paste onto a different picture.......how do you do it nicely? Is it more then cut/paste, or is there anything else I need to do to make it blend better?

complete newb...no idea.

practice, and an odd sense of humor.


I've never used gimp, but type gimp tutorials in google and look around. It'll take practice to get good at blending naturally.

Easy. You learn by doing. Take the time to open a picture, any picture, and play with the various icons and learn what they do.
