how to pay an out-of-state speeding ticket?

my friend got a ticket on I-5 around Sacramento, and even though she lives in San Diego, the ticket didn't specify how much the fine is. So how can she find out? I thought there's a phone number on the back of the ticket but she said there's none.

on the bottom of the ticket.. is the phone number.

if the ticket was written in sacramento county, the traffic court is on Bicentinnial drive/circlei think (about 5 minutes from me). I went there with a friend once.

that reminds me i got to call van nuys traffic court.
