My personal computer in my apt has only one account for it. Its the Admin account which i log into everytime i use the comp. Now when i leave my apt i sometimes run programs like prime etc. and leave myself logged into windows. Is there a way to password protect certain folders on my desktop so that if i do leave my computer logged on, people cant go into those folders without entering a pw

Enable a guest account on Win XP, and password protect your account.

Also enable the option where one has to re login after the screensaver is activated. Put screensaver timing to a minute.

If any one wants to use your comp, they can use the guest account, and they wont have access to your desktop/my documents folder.
