You have the perfect Six Sigma project. Create new tools/processes that suck ass less.

I've been lucky to avoid the 6 Sigma projects so far. A couple people in my team are on various projects with weekly sessions that are 8 freaking hours long. After 2 hours of listening to the Blackbelts babble on about various measurements and blah blah blah intake blah blah blah design...they are ready to stick a pencil through their eye.

I swear sometimes we spend 5000 hours of design, measurement, ect to save 5 minutes worth of work.
