can someone indicate me a good faq on how to make partitions.

what I have
40gb NTFS WinXP

what I want
15gb NTFS WinXP
25gb FAT32 Win98SE

i dont have faq help but

i got the same on my dual boot 98se and xp

what i did was partition c 15 gb xp

and 25 gig 98se

format c and d using 98 disk (floppy) load 98se to d:

then instal xp to c: tell it to convert to ntfs when prompted

(use fdisk to format first in fat 32 in case i wasn't clear on that)
this is how my machine is set up now

hope this helps🙂

the link above is to a demo program that will help you greatly😉

Best thing to do, get Partition Magic 7. Easiest way to make various types of partitions, merge partitions, has raid support, convert partitions. This is one of my MUST HAVE Programs

You must have C: as FAT32 though, otherwise you will not be able to dual boot properly, as Win98SE does not recognise NTFS.
