How to paint SFF that's replacing a Tower PC?

Hi all, I'm currently looking to replace my wife's tower PC with a SFF, on the condition that the SFF be able to hold 2 optical drives (1 DVD-ROM drive and 1 CDRW drive).

Here's the kicker:

It has to be BLUE, like her current case... See Here.

My question is what type of paint do I use to paint THIS to match? Do I have to sand or primer first, or just paint right over the current paint/finish?

Thanks in advance... Trey.

Shuttle actually sells a SFF that's blue out of the box. Maybe not the exact same blue...
You'll only have one optical drive but a DVD burner does it all - I don't know why a second one would be necessary!

Thanks for the link bluemax!

M4H, I was just having a hard time finding a "blue" SFF. I know Aopen has one, the EZ65, but I can't even find a pic of the Danube Blue color it's supposed to be. I see the neon Shuttle now, and after reading up on the work it takes to properly paint a case... I think I'll hunt down an already blue SFF.

Trey:

The case that you showed in your original thread is hardly a SFF. At best it is a smallish mid tower. I would suggest looking at the Hornet Pro from monarch, definitely smaller than the one you showed us. Also, you can customize the paint, and most components that go inside the computer!

Depending on your budget, it might be for you. However it only holds one optical drive. You can always buy/make your external CDRW.

here's the Monarch Hornet Pro
