How to pack up and move to the Cloud?

I know of a small business that is interested in getting rid of their servers and networking equipment by moving it all offsite into the cloud. Is there any real simple solutions for finding a service and getting this done? The office has a file server, email server, and server running Quickbooks.

Amazon sells/rents virtualized servers.

You can do Google Apps for Businesses to host email, do file sharing/syncing, calendars, etc.

No idea if Quickbooks will work over the internet. (Might need a different version of QB.)

They'll still need some local networking hardware; router, etc.
