How to pack a big 'ol 19" CRT for shipping?

The original box is gone, and the thing weighs like 60 lbs and is pretty bulky. I called the UPS Store and they want to charge me $70 just for packing! Anyone got any good ideas/anyone done this before?

call the manufacturer to mail you the packing materials.. that should only cost around $25.
Or what companies use is this foam that automatically inflates and contours itself to the monitor. The box should cost around $5, and the foam, maybe another $5?
Also never go to 3rd party shipper stores. Their prices are extremely inflated.
