If you think the audigy is causing a problem you can rule it out by leaving it out and using onboard sound for now.

I had problems with my older epox 4bda mobo wanting to put the usb controllers with my audigy. I had to fins the slot the shared with no one or an empty pci slot I was not using.

1) Try all pci slots

2)disable usb controllers temporarily if you are using them

3)disable any onboard stuff.

4) look for the options that lets you have more control in setting the devices individually in windows...NOt sure where it is in the bios and if you are running winxp or not...

i tried all slots, it just crashes now. i can't even boot to windows and it is on default unoverclocked settings. i have not usb/firewire devices attached to it. i disabled all onboard stuff. i am going to get some new ram and go from there.
