How to overclock(or underclock in my case) Radeon 8500?

My video card is having some serious unstability problems and I am hoping that underclocking it slightly will help fix it. But I don't know how.

Sh!tty!!! Have you tried improving the cooling? The video card fan is going right? Powerstrip is what you can use to underclock for testing. I would hate to have a card that doesn't work to the fullest though. I'll buy it from ya for say...$10
