Can someone tell me how overclocking work and how far I can push it with only STOCK cpu cooling? One more thing :/ is it possible to keep the same volt (this helps with the temp right??)??

You can push it until the system doesn't work anymore or overheats.

Maintaining the same core voltage does help with temperature, but it also means that you won't be able to overclock as much.

If you raise the clock much above 240MHz you will need to drop the memory ratio another notch ...
