How to overclock a Gainward GeForce 2 Ti/500 XP Card! NEED HELP!

Hey guys, I just got this graphix card. I have never done any kind of over clocking of anything at all. Could someone tell me where I can learn how to do the overclocking and give me some tips on it? Like how far is safe to overclock this card? And how exactly do you do it? Like I said, I am a newbie to overclocking. So if you could help me, that would be GREATLY appreciated! Thanks.

first of all, I think that the Gainward cards have a turbo feature or something that will automatically overclock it. If you want to do it manually then do the coolbits regedit. Search for coolbits on google to find out how to do it. Just overclock a notch at a time and run 3Dmark 2001 to see if it is stable. If it is stable then move it up another notch. Overclock your memory and core seperate and find out their max settings. Then find a happy median with them both overclocked that gives you the most performance and 100% stability. If you think you have found it, loop 3dmark for a couple hours and see if it is stable then.
