How to output PC to VCR

I got an plextor m402u as an input, also dv as input, but how do i get an OUTPUT to a VCR?

You will also need to buy an adaptor unless under certain circumstances. Most video cards have S-video TV out. Only S-VCR's have S-video inputs. You will thus need to buy a S-video->composite RCA adaptor which would plug into the VCR's input. If you want sound as well with that you will need to get a 1/8 minijack to RCA adaptor and plug that into the red and white inputs on the vcr and the line out on your soundcard.
