I've installed Cacheman(3DGames preset), Norton Utilities, set HD to Network Server.
Do you have any tips to improve my Windows performance?

When you use Cacheman and use one of the pre-sets, I believe there's probably no need to set your HD to Network Server. When you go to the place where you made the Network Server choice, does it say Network Server or something like Cacheman Optimization?

Your use of the 3DGames preset leads me to believe you're a gamer. If so, I'd say dump the Norton Utilities. I suppose that may be painful if you just paid money for it. Maybe try something like InoculateIT PE for anti-viral protection and then Windows for such things as defragging.

RamBooster and RegCleaner from over at TweakFiles are always good to have. All these things are free.

Give the Win9X tweak guides at 3DSpotlight and Tweak3D a try. I found the guides at these sites to be excellent and filled with a lot of tweak settings and tips.

Hope this helps. . .
