How to open up a Thinkpad R50?

Ok I've taken apart dozens of laptops but its always good to have information.

Anyway somebody mentioned that IBM has lots of detailed instructions to how to open up these things. Could somebody please direct me to this information/pdf I've been searching but apparently I'm not thinking of the right search phrases.
