Hi all,

My bro setup a home network so we could share cable modem. All the machines are running ME. It appears to be a proxy type network with the machine i'm on being the server. I think he's using Sysgate to share. Anyway, when I try to get on bnet to play warcraft2, an error message comes up stating that I need to enable UDP packets for port 6112. How do I do this? BTW, this machine has a Real-tek and D-Link ethernet card.

SyGate doesn't have much, or even none port forwarding functions. There isn't much you can do here besides getting a decent router.

Well, if you can use ICS (microsoft's Internet Connection Sharing) - it requires 2 NICs in one of the machines - it works for battleNet just fine... and there is a 3rd party utility that lets you forward incoming connections so you can put servers on the backend machiens too!
