How to open ports on a Belkin 4 port Router?

I need to open the port for mIRC i think its 133 or something. I cant figure out how, the manual blows.
 
connect to http://192.168.1.1. Generic password is admin with no user name.

Advanced ---> Forwarding

Now just set up the ports you want forwarded and to what computer they should be forwarded.

To view the IP's of current computers on the network, you want to open up the DHCP tab under Setup. Then just view the DHCP Clients Table.

These steps may be incorrect because I must have misread the title and for some reason I thought you were asking about a Linksys router. Sorry for the confusion.
