How to open multiple instances of Task Manager?

I want two task managers. One if basic view to monitor CPU usage and another one for closing apps and everything else.

I did it before, but I can't remember how.

I just restarted my system with the task manager on and in basic view.

At start every task manger I start launches separately.

I still have no idea why I can or cannot do it.
