How to open Microsoft Publisher file?

My friend just sent me a .pub file.
What applicaltion do I need to open the file?

I believe you must have MS Publisher installed to read the file. They don't have a reader like Adobe has for Acrobat.

I'm not aware of any other program that will open MS Publisher files besides MS Publisher.
