How to open .mdf / .mds file

I have these two files and i'm trying to open them. what do i do?

i think its something with alcohol120% right? i have W7 64bit..

There's a free version of Alcohol 52% that you can use. I'm not sure if it supports Windows 7 though.

daemontools lite will as well and it works on win7 64bit as that is what im using

Yeah, Daemontools Lite works. Unfortunately, my main program, PowerISO doesn't, and I hate DT.

I don't think it will (don't see the extension under the supported types).
