??? The copy of the application I downloaded from my college website came with a .bin and a .cue file. I burned them both onto a CD, but I am still unable to install the application. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That's an image of the CD.

The .cue opens the .bin

Burn as an image in Nero (load the .cue & it will auto-load the .bin)

Or mount it on a virtual drive using Drive Image.

Another program that, if I remember correctly, that will open .bin and .cue files is ISOBuster. It is what I have used in the past for a quick extraction (without having to burn the cd)

Fireburner is basic but quite easy to use. Click the cue file, it loads the bin, and you click 'burn'. Not one coaster yet.

Daemon is the best tool for this.
