How to OC Sapphire Pi-A9RX480

I will start to say that im new at this.

Mobo: Sapphire Pure Innovation PI-A9RX480
CPU: AMD64 3700+ Stepping 4 (everest)
RAM: Adata DDR PC3200 2x512MB (3-3-3-8) can do 2.5-3-3-7
GPU: Sapphire X1800XT 512MB
PSU: Cill Innovation 520CP rev. 2.2

I know that i have to do something with the multiplier, the "FSB" and voltage on the CPU
And that all these are settings in the Overclocking.

Would someone help me get started, please write the full description of the settings that i need to change and to what.
