How to oc more on 2.4c with msi neo2-pls (865PE)

How to oc more on 2.4c with msi neo2-pls (865PE) with 2 x 1gb samsung uccc

currently doing 254fsb @ 3.0 4 4 8 @ 2.5v only =(
find it really low considering the ram can do 270 on nf4
tried increasing vdimm to 2.6 2.7 but it shows me error in memtest86

izzit 865PE and samsung uccc incompatible?
cannot run asychronous oso

previously was using hynix bt d43 and was running at 260+ fsb no problem

are you using the 5:4 memory divider? that should give you more fsb.

whats your voltage on your cpu?

Does your board give you any chipset voltage options? That could be the problem as well. My 2.4c didn't really get much higher than that though, I got to 3.1ghz with mine, only 4mhz FSB higher than you.
