How to OC in 2k?

I was using windows ME and i could overclock my geforce in the settings, advance mode. But now in 2k, ( i dont know if it is 2k or the new nvidia drivers) but i can not overclock my geforce 256 ddr anymore from settings. I know there is utilities that allows OCing, i was just wondering what was the best utilities to do this or is there a better way like with the settings some how?
