How to move screen from monitor 1 to monitor2?

I have 2 monitors and would like to find a way to easily move screens from one monitor to the other.

Right now, I minimize the screen I want to move, drag it to the other screen and maximize it there. Can you help me find a more efficient way to do this?

I have a 9700 Pro with a Dell 2001fp and a Dell 1901fp.
